Pamela L. Moore, Ph.D., CPC, has spent the past 12 years writing, learning, and teaching about practice management.
Previously senior editor at the Medical Group Management Association, she now provides editorial oversight and research for Physicians Practice. She is a popular speaker at national and regional events and is a certified professional coder. She has a scholarly background, including work in medical ethics.
Pam has published widely in management and academic circles, including a book published by Rutgers University Press.
Mark Martin

Mark Martin has 22 years of experience with automating practices within the healthcare market. For the last 7 years, Mark has focused his efforts in the world of EDI, and is currently the Sr. Director of EDI Product Management at Sage. The Sage Software EDI team works with the industry to ensure Sage clients have options to comply with regulatory issues and the opportunity to leverage value added EDI transactions into operational efficiencies.
Michael Burger
Director– Clinical Product Management

Michael is the Director of Clinical Product Management at Sage. In this role, he and his team are responsible for the features, functionality and future strategy for Sage Intergy EHR. Michael is also responsible for Strategic Clinical Initiatives at Sage – representing the company in its’ relationships with state Quality Information Organizations (QIO’s) and Regional Health Information Organizations (RHIO’s).
As the Product Manager for electronic prescribing, Michael works on development of Sage’s ePrescribing products including EHR-integrated and standalone software, clinical content including formulary and DUR, and prescription EDI. He also serves as liaison to the State Government Regulatory Affairs team at Sage. He has spent more than 20 years in the physician software and transaction marketplace.
Mark Phillips
Director – Practice Management Systems

Mark began his career with Sage in 1998 through the Practice Analytics (formerly InfoPOINT) team and has worked in all product areas (training, support, development) during that span. Mark is now the Director of Product Management for all of our POMIS and Business Intelligence products at Sage. He is responsible for working with the product managers that have direct responsibility for each POMIS system. This includes all aspects product life cycle, from idea generation to product delivery. Prior to joining Sage, Mark held the following positions; manager of a large provider organization, partner in a billing service, consultant and Director of an Independent Physician Association (IPA). Mark lives in the Chicago suburbs.
Arie Cusato
Billing Manager
Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
Arie Cusato has over 20 years experience in customer service with over nine year's experience in management of which, six have been in medical management. She is currently the Billing Manager for Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, a busy orthopedic practice in Somersworth, NH. She is responsible for managing the operations of the billing office, managed care, front office, and main reception. Her previous experience includes three years as public relations officer for Health Partners of New Hampshire, Inc, a large PHO. She is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Customer Advisory Board for Sage.
